iPAS (Success Copilot Inc) Product Package Purchase Agreement
Internet Prospect Acceleration Systems [used interchangeably here in this document as iPAS] is a marketing system and brand name wholly owned by Success Copilot Inc which supplies the products, support, training, services and any monthly subscription billing and for purposes of this agreement may also be used interchangeably with Success Copilot or Success Copilot Inc.
1. This iPAS Basic, Select, Premier, Elite, Entrepreneur, Rainmaker or Freedom Package Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between "Purchaser" and Success Copilot Inc.
2. Any products purchased from within the given product “suites” are between the seller and purchaser. IPAS does not contain any relationship for purchases made for the product suites provided in the IPAS System.
3. Payment in full shall be made to Success Copilot for the delivery of all iPAS product packages.
4. Upon receipt of the executed Agreement and full payment, Purchaser will have full and complete access to the iPAS package they bought.
5. An Affiliate of Success Copilot Inc represents that an Affiliate is a marketer of the iPAS marketing system and Product Suite contained within the iPAS marketing system and, is selling the Product pursuant to authorization granted to him or her by Success Copilot Inc. Affiliate represents and warrants that he or she is an Active Independent Affiliate of Success Copilot Inc. Purchaser and Affiliate agree that any and all issues with respect to this sale are solely between Purchaser and Success Copilot Inc, not the affiliate themselves.
6. Purchaser understands the iPAS product packages comprise, often several thousand individual products such as software Electronic books, website scripts etc. As such Success Copilot Inc does not provide product support on an individual basis for the products within each suite, as it would be impossible for Success Copilot Inc to attempt to do so. Instead, these individual products, most often, have their own separate support systems and contact systems to provide support.
7. Purchaser agrees to abide by the individual terms and conditions of each product they use that comprise the Seven IPAS product suites. These terms are clearly stated within each individual product. As an example, frequently the individual products can NOT be given away as a bonus or sold individually for any amount less than the suggested retail price. This is done to preserve the integrity of the suggested retail price.
8. Purchaser agrees NOT to attempt to sell more than 10 products from the IPAS Product suites as a bundle outside of the IPAS Marketing System, and if any bundle is sold at all, Purchaser agrees it shall be for no less than the aggregate, suggested retail price of each product.
9. Purchaser shall use the iPAS Product to learn and assist with selling products and services on the internet. Each iPAS customer has access to a product suite that they can do what they want with, even resell them as their own due to complete ownership of those suite of products.
10. Purchaser expressly agrees not to attempt to use or cause the use of any portion of the IPAS product suite to form a separate online marketing system. Purchaser agrees to pay Success Copilot Inc ,LLC $1,000 per customer should it be found this was done.
11. Purchaser agrees that the IPAS system is designed to assist and serve as an aid to help sell products and services online.
12. The Product suites consist of a Digital Libraries including Programs, Web site scripts, Electronic Books, Live and recorded (Video and Audio) Internet Marketing and Direct Sales Trainings, Exclusive Memberships, Redemption and over 40 hours of Exclusive Interviews with bestselling authors, teacher and trainers.
refund policy:
a. 365-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on IPAS Product Packages. The guarantee begins the day Purchaser has access to the IPAS product packages, which is immediately upon payment from an IPAS sales representative. If Purchaser wishes to return the purchased package for a refund they need to notify Success Copilot Inc by Submitting a Return Request via Trouble Ticket at www.successcopilotsupport.com, providing all of their information as well as the product that was purchased AND calling our offices listed on the website to confirm there is a record of the return request. It is also strongly recommended that Purchaser fax or email to IPAS a notice of the intent to return the IPAS product package within the 365-day period.
b. Upon receipt of the return request, so long as the request is timely as specified above, Success Copilot Inc will issue a refund to Purchaser of the entire purchase price.
13. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the a great deal of the products making up the IPAS suites are for educational purposes only, and that in selling the Product, neither Success Copilot Inc or Affiliate is engaged in rendering legal, tax, investment, health or other professional advice to Purchaser.
14. Affiliate and Purchaser agree that if any dispute arises between them with respect to this Agreement, they will try to resolve it expeditiously and between themselves. Affiliate and Purchaser agree that if they cannot resolve any such dispute between themselves, they shall resolve such dispute through the binding alternate dispute resolution process administered by Success Copilot Inc, and that this remedy shall be the exclusive and sole remedy available to them.
15. Both Affiliate and Purchaser agree to comply with any decision rendered by Success Copilot Inc concerning their dispute.
16. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Success Copilot Inc and Purchaser and there are no other additional promises, representations, or guarantees of any kind.
17. Purchaser agrees to hold harmless and forever discharge Affiliate, Success Copilot Inc, as well as its agents, officers, and product designers/providers, such DRG Inc, (Success Copilot Inc administrative company) and other independent contractor Associates acting officially or otherwise, against any and all claims, losses, costs or liabilities that Purchaser may incur as a consequence of entering into this Agreement. Purchaser affirms that the agreements made in this Agreement have been entered into in good faith and not under any undue influence or duress. Purchaser confirms that conversation with an Success Copilot Inc/iPAS representative was not misleading or a “high pressure” buying situation, making the purchaser feel uncomfortable with buying the iPAS product. Purchaser further states that Purchaser is of sound mind and has entered into this Agreement voluntarily, freely and without any mental reservations or any purpose of evasion. Purchaser understands and agrees that the sale of the Product from Success Copilot Inc to Purchaser is subject to acceptance by Publisher, and that Success Copilot Inc may refuse to sell the Product to Purchaser and may terminate this Agreement for any reason, without warning. Success Copilot Inc reserves all rights without prejudice.
